BARNSLEY’S Mayor’s Parade is back with floats, stalls and music on Saturday.
The procession, which starts at noon, includes more than 32 entries and 1,000 participants who will walk, drive and dance through the town to celebrate the Olympic year.
The procession will start from the upper County Way car park.
It then and takes in Regent Street, Eldon Street, Mayday Green, Cheapside, New Street, Wellington Street, Peel Square, Market Hill, Church Street and back along Regent Street.
The parade will finish back in the upper County Way car park.
