Following sheep

Every night I read that an arsonist has set fire to a car, pushed a bin up to a block of flats, set fire to a school. Yet nothing ever comes of this mindless behaviour. Years ago if anyone was caught setting fire to anything, then you was locked up and the key thrown away.

I've seen arsonist locked up for years. When they asked for parole, it was denied and they spent the rest of their lives behind bars. What happens now? Nothing. Arson is not even investigated, I don't blame the mindless trash it's the system that's gone wrong. We are a bunch of nannies following sheep.
