Flood advice for residents

ROTHERHAM residents concerned about flooding will have the opportunity to get specialist advice tomorrow when a flood advice stall is held at the Brinsworth fair.

The stall manned by the Environment Agency and the Catcliffe and Trenton Flood Action Group will be a chance for residents to voice their concerns about flooding and discuss possible improvements to the safeguards already in place.

South Yorkshire suffered flooding last month when heavy downpours struck the county.

The fair takes place from 10am to 5pm at Brinsworth playing fields, Rotherham.
