A Sheffield estate agency has made an open appeal for a young apprentice to join its ranks.
Staff at Martin & Co, which is also a lettings agency based in Campo Lane and Hillsborough, have held interviews but are still struggling to find ‘the one’ for the job.
Business manager Leigh Miller said: “We are looking for fresh young people who have a passion for business and property.
“This is a great opportunity to learn about business and gain excellent experience working alongside our industry professionals.”
The apprentice who is chosen for the role would receive training and could become a permanent member of the team in the future.
Danielle Cooke, property administration manager, said: “I am looking for a young person, say 16 to 19 years old, to assist me.
“We will train them with a view to them becoming a valued permanent member of the team.
“Our apprentice may not be up to Sir Alan Sugar’s standard but we are still looking for someone who is well presented, keen to learn and not afraid of hard work.”
