Firefighters spent the early hours of this morning tackling a blaze at a GP surgery in Barnsley.
They were alerted to the fire at the disused Grimethorpe Surgery, Cemetery Road, Grimethorpe, just before 3am.
An aerial ladder platform was among four appliances sent to the scene, with crews spending five hours there.
The fire broke out 10 hours after an earlier fire at the disused surgery, which was logged as an arson attack.
It is not yet known if the second fire was also started deliberately.
An investigation is underway.
