Father Christmas was joined at an annual craft fair in Sheffield by two of his reindeer friends.

He took time out of his busy pre-Christmas schedule to attend the Burton Street Foundation’s annual craft fair in Hillsborough.

The charity, which supports adults and children with learning and physical disabilities, set up a Grotto, where Father Christmas’s sleigh was piled high with gifts.

There were crocheting and Afghan knitting workshops, live music, face painting, jewellery making, wine glass painting and a dance workshop.

Craft fair organiser Sarah Twigg said: “We are so grateful for the local community’s involvement - without their support our events just wouldn’t be possible.

“Generating funds through our own activities is a big part of our ethos- it’s what makes our organisation work.”
