MOURNERS packed into a Sheffield church to say their final goodbyes to a little boy who died suddenly at his city home.
More than 200 people attended the funeral of five-year-old Blake Norie at City Road Chapel on Tuesday - with more left waiting outside because they could not fit inside.
The Meynell Primary School pupil died at his dad Nathan Hilbert’s home in Lowedges last month.
Grandfather Georgie Norie said the emotional service had been a “fitting tribute” to the bright and popular schoolboy, who loved children’s animation Ben 10 and Thomas the Tank Engine.
Mr Norie added: “Myself and the rest of the family would also like to say a huge thank you to everyone for their care and support at this time.”
