Family's dog saved in fire
FIREFIGHTERS rescued a pet alsatian from a house blaze in Sheffield - believed to have been started by a firework.
The house on Wulfric Road, Manor, was badly damaged in the fire at 7.30pm on Saturday.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus searched the house and rescued the trapped dog.
The family of four were not at home and investigations into the cause of the blaze are ongoing.
