STORES at South Yorkshire’s Lakeside Village achieved an excellent rating for customer service during a research programme conducted by The Source Skills Academy.
During 2012, staff from stores at the Doncaster site attended customer service training on the importance of retail in the current economic retail landscape, communication and how to meet customer expectations and serve effectively.
Stores including Antler, Pavers, Mountain Warehouse, Room, Wonderbra Playtex Shock Absorber and Moss, delivered a package of outstanding customer service.
Staff demonstrated excellence in visual standards, knowledge of products and interaction with customers.
