A NUISANCE neighbour who plagued neighbours with loud music and was then threatening and abusive when they complained is being evicted from his home.

At Sheffield County Court, Judge John Bullimore granted Sheffield Council and Sheffield Homes a possession order for the property, on Lowedges Crescent, Lowedges, from occupant Ivan Walker.

The court heard Walker had been given an injunction ordering him to behave in 2008. He was twice jailed for breaching the order – most recently for three months last September – but continued to cause problems on his release. Walker was also ordered to pay the council’s legal costs of £2685.
