WILDLIFE experts in South Yorkshire are preparing to run two guided walks to listening out for the ‘dusk chorus’.

Experts from The Wildlife Trust for Sheffield and Rotherham will be on hand to help walkers discover all kinds of information about bird song and species.

The trust said dusk is a great opportunity to hear birds sing.

A trust spokesman said: “Whether you’re a new starter in the bird watching world, or more experienced, these events should be of interest – just remember to bring along insect repellent and a torch.”
