Enforcement action taken at Chesterfield site

At a meeting on Monday, the council voted in favour of enforcement action which requires the landowner to remove materials and vehicles from the As previosly reported, residents complained about the dumping of waste and rubbish being burned at the end of Lincoln Street. .

As previously reported, the council's environmental protection team has issued a Community Protection Notice which orders the landowner to stop putting any other materials on the site.
