An 80-year-old woman has been injured in a road rage incident.
The pensioner was driving along Ulverston Road in Chesterfield at around 3.15pm on Friday, October 14, when a car approached from the opposite direction.
She decided to pull in and let the car pass but the driver said he wanted her to reverse.
He got out of his vehicle and became verbally abusive to her, taking her keys from the ignition.
The victim took her key back and as she did so, it cut her hand, causing bleeding and bruising.
A spokesman for Derbyshire Police said: "She has described the driver as white, in his late 20s, with short, dark hair. He wore a jumper and a black leather jacket. He drove a black car.
"Witnesses or anyone with information should call PC Kirsty Handby on 101, quoting reference 16000326598."
