Speech tutors win awards

Three academics from the University of Sheffield have been honoured by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

Margaret Freeman was presented with a Fellowship for her contribution to student teaching, Professor Bill Wells was given an Honorary Fellowship in recognition of his outstanding work in the Speech and Language Therapy profession, and Dr Sue Pownall for her groundbreaking research into Dysphagia, disorders of swallowing, at an awards ceremony in London.
