Sheffield school opening its doors to prospective pupils

A thriving Sheffield school is throwing open its doors to prospective parents and pupils.

St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy, Spring Water Avenue, Hackenthorpe, is holding the event on Saturday, from 10am to noon. A school spokesman said: “The school was the fourth most improved primary in Sheffield in terms of results in 2013 and this year it is among the strongest performers of the 134 primary schools and academies in Sheffield.”
