TEN apprenticeships are being made available by youth organisation Sheffield Futures - but applications must be in by today.
The places are available to 17 and 18-year-olds who are unemployed, not in education or training and thinking about a career supporting other young people.
The apprenticeships are available at the organisation’s headquarters on Division Street.
Sheffield Futures is providing the city’s first youth work apprenticeship programme, providing young people with a chance to become a positive role model and help shape the futures of young people’s lives. Successful applicants will also work towards gaining a recognised NVQ Level 2 qualification.
