A historic ‘battle’ is set to take place in Sheffield.
Around 400 people will re-enact the clash between our immune systems and foreign invaders, such as viruses and bacteria, on Friday, November 13.
It will take the form of a video game where participants armed with glow sticks will be asked to play the role of either the immune system or bacteria.
There will also be hands-on activities and dances.
The event, at the University of Sheffield’s Firth Court, is free to attend and will take place at 5.45pm, 6.45pm and 7.45pm.
