Wannabe chefs have reached the final of a national cooking competition.
Brandon Kingswood, Jessica Martin and Olivia Speight, all 18 and Doncaster College catering students, are one step away from tasting victory in the Torque D’Or contest.
The day began with master classes delivered by top chefs, Rob Kennedy, from Craft Guild of Chefs and Alessandro Cristiano, executive chef at Loch Fyne. The duo prepared a three course meal, which the students had to replicate and serve.
The team was one of 36 to compete in the regional heats, with six now due to battle it out in the finals next month.
