Barnsley Sixth Form College A-Level geography students took a trip to Malham in the Yorkshire Dales as part of their studies.

On the three-day trip the 39 students took part in a variety of activities including walking from Malham Village to Gordale Scar to see a limestone landform and waterfall and working at Cowside Beck, collecting data.

Geography teacher James Davies said: “Field trips are a fantastic part of the A-Level curriculum which help students to understand the richness of their subject.”
