A group of 21 apprentices and their mentors gathered to celebrate their achievements with lunch in Barnsley College’s Zest restaurant.
The recruits taken on by Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust in September are completing business administration, health and social care and engineering apprenticeships with the college.
They support a range of areas across the trust including administration, clinical health, health and social care, cleaning and estates.
The apprentices were joined by their mentors and Sue Sparks, their head of education.
Sue said: “I am excited about setting these young people on in apprenticeships and the support they have received from the college has been invaluable.”
