A driver has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision in Sheffield this afternoon.
The incident occurred at around 1.05pm in the Spital Hill area of the city when a white Iveco Daily pick up travelling along Carlisle Street East collided with a green Fiat Cinquecento at the junction with Garter Street.
Police said the 24-year-old male driver of the Fiat sustained serious injuries. The driver of the Iveco was not injured.
