One of the UK’s biggest discount retailers is inviting people to the relaunch of its Sheffield city centre store.
The TJ Hughes store on High Street will be opened officially by manager Marie Catchpole and hockey mascot Steeler Dan at 9.30am tomorrow.
There will also be a performance by Sheffield dance troupe SDK, a face painter will keep the children entertained while a traditional town crier will announce the best deals of the day.
Staff will be handing out sweet treats everyone attending to say a big thank you for their continued support.
CEO Anil Juneja said: “We’re all extremely excited about the relaunch and want to let the people of Sheffield know that the TJ Hughes store is back and better than ever.
“The relaunch promises to be a really special day and we’re hoping that everyone will be able to come and join us to celebrate with some amazing entertainment and a taste of the fabulous deals that TJ Hughes has to offer.”
The store has undergone a transformation since being saved from closure last month, with a revamp and an overhaul of the products on offer.
New ranges include brands such as Nike, Paul Smith and Elizabeth Arden.
