Woodseats and District Darts League are taking aim for a record-breaking weekend as they step up to the oche for a major sporting challenge in support of St Luke’s Hospice.

The team are set to become the fastest to reach a score of one million in just one marathon session.

They’re also aiming for a place in the Guinness Book of World Records for using the least number of darts in a 12-hour Round the Board session.

Their three day marathon at The Cross Scythes pub in Derbyshire Lane started yesterday and goes through until tomorrow. Visit www.justgiving.com/sheffield-dartathon-2013
