Cyclists in South Yorkshire are being urged to get clued up on safety ahead of national road safety week which starts on Monday.
Training organisation Pedal Ready is encouraging cyclists to grab their bikes and helmets to learn about the hazards of cycling and how to stay safe.
Government funding from Sheffield and Rotherham councils has meant Pedal Ready can offer road safety and cycling classes for both children and adults.
Riders will get the chance to practise on quiet roads and learn about general maintenance and the safest routes to take.
