Cycle to school for charity

pupils, parents and teachers across Doncaster will be getting on their bikes for the journey to school next month as part of Sustrans Big Pedal.

The event is the UK’s biggest school cycling competition and aims to get kids active and raise money for the charity Sustrans.

Nearly half of all children want to cycle to school but only four per cent do.

Sustrans wants to sign up 1,000 schools - log on to www.thebigpedal.org.uk to sign up.
