CUPID’S arrows were pointing romantic shoppers in the right direction for St Valentine’s Day presents at Doncaster’s Frenchgate shopping centre.

Four golden cupids, complete with feathered wings, were mobilised on the malls to give gift advice to shoppers and hand out free chocolates in the Frenchgate Centre.

“The Valentine’s Cupids looked fantastic and certainly made shoppers stop and stare,” said Amanda Phillips, Frenchgate manager.

“Even children enjoyed seeing them and we are delighted that our shoppers enjoyed the event as much as they did.”

To further enhance the Valentine’s vibe, shoppers were treated to the sounds of a string quartet, and Lash and Nail Bar also pulled in the crowds with a spectacular dance show to celebrate their first year in business.

“We always aim to give our shoppers a complete shopping experience when they visit the Frenchgate,” said Amanda.

“I think we achieved that again this time.”
