Police are hunting burglars who stole a television from a library.

The theft happened at Woodhouse Library in Tannery Street on Thursday night.

A spokesman for the Sheffield south east police team said: “Unfortunately someone has stolen the TV from this community resource which is trying to provide a service to local people. I would like to hope we could get it back.”
