A Sheffield council house tenant has lost her home after breaching the conditions of a suspended possession order.

Nichola Machin, aged 29, of Sherde Road, Walkley, was the subject of a suspended possession order because of her repeated anti-social behaviour.

Sheffield Council had applied in court to evict her in September, but the judge issued the suspended order, allowing to stay on condition she stopped causing noise and nuisance to neighbours.

The court was told Machin had been involved in loud, drunken and sometimes violent arguments. The court was also told she played loud music late in the evening and early in the morning,

Machin appeared at Sheffield County Court in April after reports the anti-social behaviour was continuing and the Judge decided she should be evicted from the property.
