Teen locked up after bar brawl

''Martin assaulted a 19-year-old man outside Moo Bar on Holywell Street on September 16, 2011 following a fight inside the pub.  ''The victim suffered a double fracture to his jaw. ''Martin, of Haddon Close, Chesterfield was sentenced following a hearing at Derby Crown Court on Thursday, January 19.

a TEENAGER who broke a man’s jaw in an attack outside a bar has been locked up for 15 months.

Nineteen-year-old Curtis Martin, of Haddon Close, Chesterfield, was sentenced to 15 months in a young offenders’ institution at Derby Crown Court after admitting causing grievous bodily harm following a brawl which started inside the Moo Bar, Holywell Street, Chesterfield, and spilled onto the street on Friday, September 16.
