A MOTORBIKE has been seized by police after it was ridden along trail paths and disused railway lines in north Derbyshire.
Officers from the Staveley Safer Neighbourhood Team took action after receiving calls that a motorbike was being ridden along trail paths and old railway lines on Monday.
Police searched the area and found the green pit bike at a property on Belmont Drive, Staveley. Safer Neighbourhoods officer PC Ian Biggin said: “I would like to thank members of the public for getting in touch with us and helping us to find the rider and remove this nuisance bike from our community.
“We would urge people to continue to ring us about nuisance motorbikes.”
