A POLICE probe is underway into three burglaries in Clowne on the same night.

The first break-in was at 10.30pm on Wednesday, November 30, when the front door of a flat on North Road was forced open and some speakers were stolen.

Ten minutes later, a 63-year-old woman living in Chapel Close disturbed two men in her house after hearing a noise.

An hour later a house was burgled in Gray Street.
