THREE more men have been arrested by police on suspicion of attempted murder following a shooting in Sheffield on New Year’s Day.
The trio, aged 23, 27 and 28 and all from Sheffield, were arrested yesterday as part of a police probe into a gun attack on a 45-year-old man on London Road.
The victim, from Manor, was gunned down close to the junction with Hill Street.
He was left paralysed from the chest down following the attack.
The three men arrested yesterday have been bailed pending further inquiries along with a 26-year-old man arrested on Wednesday,
A police spokesman said officers ‘actively seeking’ a fifth man in connection with the incident.
