Car number plates and wheels stolen

WHEELS were stolen from a car parked on Chelsea Road, Brincliffe, Sheffield, on Wednesday night.

Number plates were stolen from Brincliffe Edge Road, on Thursday afternoon.

Police are investigating.

Dog bites suspect

A SUSPECTED burglar was bitten by a police dog after a break-in at the former Watermead School, Shirecliffe, Sheffield. The dog tracked back from the school to Four Greens, Southey Green and its handler arrested two men.

Blades fans held

TWO arrests were made by police at the Sheffield United game against Port Vale on Saturday – one fan for being drunk and disorderly and another for assault.

Four other fans were ejected from Bramall Lane.

House boiler theft

A BOILER has been stolen from an unoccupied property on Batemoor Place, Batemoor, Sheffield. It was taken at some point in the last three weeks.

‘Body’ was drunk

POLICE called to reports of a body beside the M1 near junction 32 found a drunk man walking away.
