POLICE have launched a murder investigation in Sheffield following the death of a 64-year-old man.
Officers were called to an address in Roger Road, Woodhouse, Sheffield, shortly after 3pm on Sunday.
They arrested a 58-year-old man from the Woodhouse area.
He has since been released on bail pending further enquiries, a South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said.
It is not yet known how the victim died and a post mortem is yet to be carried out.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
A force spokeswoman said: “Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surround the death of a 64-year-old man from Woodhouse, Sheffield.
“Police were called to an address on Roger Road, shortly after 3pm yesterday, Sunday, April14.
“A 58-year-old man from Woodhouse has been arrested and has been bailed for further enquiries.”
