A man is in hospital with stab wounds following an attack on a Sheffield street.
The 21-year-old was found with stab wounds on Brimmesfield Close, Arbourthorne, at around 10pm on Sunday.
Two men - aged 22-year-old and 31-year-old - were arrested on suspicion of public order offences.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “A 21-year-old man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a reported wounding in Sheffield last night.
“Emergency services were called at around 10pm to Brimmesfield Close. A 21-year-old man was found with what are believed to be stab injuries.
“A cordon is in place in Brimmesfield Close while police continue their inquiries.
“Witnesses to the incident or anyone with information should contact South Yorkshire Police.”
