Hospice gift in memory of murder duo

HEARTBROKEN relatives of a murdered Sheffield mum and daughter are to donate money given at their funeral to the Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.

Tracy Donnelly, aged 42, was found dead at her home on Ironside Road, Gleadless Valley, alongside the body of her 23-year-old daughter, Louise, on Tuesday, March 29. Both had multiple stab wounds.

Tracy’s four-year-od son Daniel was in the house at the time of the attack, but it has not been revealed whether he witnessed the killings. He is being cared for by relatives.

The joint funeral service for Tracy and Louise is at City Road Crematorium at 11.15am on Thursday. Relatives asked for family flowers only. Donations in lieu can be made payable to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice and sent to Michael Fogg Independent Funeral Directors, 27a Woodhouse Road, Intake, Sheffield.

Rekawt Mahmood Salih, 25, of Callow Mount, Gleadless Valley, was charged with both murders and is in custody.
