Five arrested over fight in Sheffield pub are released by police on bail

Five people arrested over disorder in a Sheffield following demonstrations held by Unite Against Fascism and the English Defence League have been released on bail.

UAF and EDL supporters staged demonstrations in Rotherham town centre on Saturday, May 10.

A fight which broke out in The Howard pub in Sheffield later that day has been linked to the demonstrations.

Three men and two women from the Sheffield and Long Eaton were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and bailed pending further inquiries.
