A COUNCIL tenant who played loud music, banged doors, shouted and swore faces eviction from his home for making life a misery for his neighbours.

Andrew Moore, of Cotleigh Avenue, Hackenthorpe, is set to be evicted within six weeks.

The 41-year-old had two eviction orders against him suspended and had applied for a third order to be put on hold.

However, a district judge who heard his case dismissed his application.

Moore, who had denied allegations that he was a noisy neighbour, was also ordered by the judge to pay court costs of £3,300.
