Doncaster man attacked with broken bottle

A 21-year-old man has been attacked with a broken glass bottle in an unprovoked assault on Saturday afternoon

The man was assaulted as he walked along Sandringham Road in Intake towards Wicklow Road, when two men began appeared from Tudor Road and began to chase him.

They tripped him up causing him to fall to the floor and then repeatedly punched and kicked him before cutting his face with a broken glass bottle.

The men then fled the scene back in the direction of Tudor Road.

The 21-year-old sustained a two-inch cut to his face and bruising to his body.

Both attackers are described as white and aged early to mid 20s.

The first man was 6ft tall with big shoulders and had a tear drop tattoo under his eye.

He was wearing a white hooded top and three quarter length white shorts.

The second man was approximately 5ft 9ins tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a blue hooded top and three quarter length blue shorts. (4 October) in Doncaster.
