Police are searching for a Latvian national who moved to Sheffield in August but has not been seen since.
Mareks Eltamms, aged 32, has lived in the UK since 2004.
He lived in Cheltenham, Kings-Lynn, Bradford and Nottingham before moving to Sheffield in August.
He was reported missing last Thursday, but has not physically been seen by anyone since August 28, when he was at the Sheffield Interchange.
Mareks is white, 6ft tall and of an athletic build with fair, cropped hair. He also has distinctive scarring to his throat.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “Mareks may have moved to another city in the UK. His family still reside in Latvia and while it may be possible he has returned there officers do not think this is likely.”
