Cocaine found in police raid

POLICE have seized a large amount of white power, believed to be cocaine, after raiding a house in Sheffield.

Officers swooped on the property in Chaucer Close, Parson Cross, and arrested a man, woman and teenage boy.

South Yorkshire Police said the raid was carried out as part of an ongoing crackdown on crime in and around Parson Cross, which has resulted in a number of gang injunctions being served to prevent rival groups from tit-for-tat retaliation attacks.

Inspector Simon Leake said; “As you can see we continue to disrupt criminality in your area, and will continue to do so and report back the results.

“If you have any information regarding this or any other criminal activity, please contact your local policing team, or anonymously via Crimestoppers.”
