Car parts stolen from Land Rover Discoveries parked in Sheffield

Thieves have escaped with hundreds of pounds’ worth of parts after they targeted three Land Rover Discoveries.

Rear, reverse and fog lights, worth £300, were taken from a vehicle parked on Marlcliffe Road, Hillsborough, Sheffield, between 5pm on Sunday, November 10, and 11am on Sunday, November 17.

Headlamps and indicators, worth £400, were taken from a car parked on Edmund Road, Highfield, Sheffield, between 5pm on Saturday, November 16, and 2pm on Sunday, November 17.

And at 11.40pm on Sunday, November 17, a thief took the front headlamps, worth a total of £400, from a car on Clayfield Avenue, Mexborough.

The culprit ran off with the parts after being challenged.

A police spokeswoman said: “It’s not clear at this stage whether the incidents are linked.”
