YOUNGSTERS created art from eggs in an Easter competition at two Rotherham primary schools.

Pupils from Aughton and Aston Lodge came up with all sorts of entries to win Easter eggs from the Co-op.

Many of the Aughton youngsters came up with eggs decorated on an Olympic theme and the best featured in an assembly.

The Co-op has been running a Farm-to-Fork initiative to help children understand where their food comes from, and Co-op worker Faye Burgess, and store manager John Marsh had the task of judging the eggy entries.
