TWO franchisees at a Sheffield store are splashing out on celebrations after being named winners of a top award by a national chain of bathroom suppliers.
Bathstore named Tony Norman and Nadine Cain, who operate the chain’s outlet on Archer Road, franchisees of the year at a glitzy awards ceremony.
Tony and Nadine were judged the best performers in 2012 across a number of criteria including sales levels, standards of customer service, maintenance standards within their showroom, reporting compliance and operational excellence.
Nadine said: “We’re thrilled to have been named franchisee of the year. It’s such an incredible accolade and means so much to be acknowledged. We’re looking forward to the year ahead, who knows – maybe we could win next year too.”
