INSPECTORS have rated a Worksop college as ‘good’ after they spent a week looking at how it taught its 5,000-plus students.
Progress by students at North Nottinghamshire College was found to be sound, as was the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of its management.
There was praise for the increasing number of learners who were achieving qualifications and for those who were meeting or exceeding their target grades. Students were found to be well served by a variety of job-related courses.
