Have your say

Residents in Chesterfield will be asked for their views on how the borough council should spend Council Tax at the next round of community assembly meetings.

During the meetings, they will be asked for their priorities from a list of services provided by the council.

They include support for local businesses, markets, visitor services, street cleaning, leisure centres, theatres, parks and open spaces and reducing crime and disorder.

The first meeting is to be held at the Town Hall, Rose Hill, on Tuesday, November 18 at 6.30pm followed by one at Whittington Green School, High Street, Old Whittington, at 6.30pm the day after.
