The continental market is to return to Doncaster town centre by popular demand as part of the St Leger Festival Week 2013 celebrations.
Around 25 stalls will run along St Sepulchre Gate to Clock Corner from Thursday 12 September to Sunday 15 September.
The market will be open from 8am to 6pm Thursday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on the Sunday.
A road closure will be in place for the hours of operation.
Councillor Bob Johnson, Cabinet Member for Tourism, said: “Street dressing, entertainment and the continental market are all part of creating a festival atmosphere in Doncaster.
“The temporary market compliments the fantastic shopping experience on offer at our award-winning Doncaster Markets.
“The extra footfall will no doubt benefit all businesses in the town centre.”
