Condolences: Colin Shawcross

Colin Stuart Shawcross was a Sheffield doctor, murdered by his lover's husband.

Detectives launched a murder probe after being contacted over concerns for the safety of Mr Shawcross, of Ashley Grove, Aston.

It took five months for the 58-year-old retired GP's body to be found in Loscar Wood.

Mr Shawcross used to work as a doctor at the Firth Park Medical Centre in Sheffield.
