A MUSICAL fundraising concert will raise money for budding young musicians in Sheffield.
The Sheffield Strings Symphonic orchestra will play the charity concert, which is organised by a group of volunteers called ‘The Friends’.
‘The Friends’ offers practical and financial support for children and young people who want to learn music and perform through the council’s Sheffield Music Service.
The orchestra is made up of professional musicians, including teachers and parents of the students the Sheffield Music Service.
The concert is at St Mark’s Church in Broomhill on Saturday, October 6 at 7pm.
