Concerns are growing for an 86-year-old Sheffield man who has not been since he left his care home.
Dereck Pass left the White House care home in Hollow Meadows, in the Rivelin Valley area of Sheffield, around 5.55pm.
Mr Pass has no access to transport but he has been described as a ‘keen walker’.
Dereck is white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with grey hair. He wears glasses and was wearing a white casual sports jacket and grey trousers when he was last seen, and also had a light grey checked flat cap.
Officers are concerned for his welfare, particularly since he moved to Sheffield from Staffordshire a few weeks ago.
He is not familiar with the rural Rivelin area.
Officers have said that Mr is likely to be on foot.
